(28.)Up front, the engine primary cover spacer was secured before adding the CV compensating sprocket shaft extension. This puts the primary chain in the same plane as the rear chain sprockets.
(29.)After the rest of the primary components were reinstalled, the outer primary cover was reattached and torqued to spec.
(30.)Because the primary cover was moved an inch outward, the floorboard mounts needed to be extended with the supplied CV spacers before reattaching the boards.
(31.)To install the CV frame rail extenders, the existing frame rail holes needed to be drilled and Time-Serted to accept the CV frame rail extenders and hardware. A Heli-Coil could have also been used.
(32.)Then the frame rail extenders were bolted to each side of the frame.
(33.)The fender was slid back into place and bolted up to the fender rails.
(34.)Next up was installing the saddlebag support brackets to both sides of the bike.
