2 Inches To Paradise - Harley's Tallboy Seat
If you feel cramped on your H-D tourer, you may want to check out Harley's new Tallboy seat. Designed for '08s, it positions riders 2 inches farther back for increased arm and leg room, especially for lankier riders. Seat height is close to stock, but the bucket-esque shape provides increased lower back support. The seat measures in at 16 inches wide and won't work with rider backrests. For more information, see your local Harley-Davidson dealer, or visit www.harley-davidson.com.

AMA Backs Motorcycle Health Insurance Bill
According to the American Motorcyclist Association, U.S. Representative Michael Burgess (R-TX-26) and U.S. Representative Bart Stupak (D-MI-1) introduced H.R. 1076, "The HIPAA Recreational Injury Technical Correction Act." Identical legislation obtained 177 bipartisan cosponsors and passed the full Senate in the 108th Congress. H.R. 1076 aims at ending health care discrimination for individuals participating in legal transportation and recreational activities-activities like motorcycling, snowmobiling, skiing, horseback riding and all-terrain vehicle riding. This legislation addresses a loophole caused by a Department of Health and Human Services rule making it possible for health care benefits to be denied to those who are injured while participating in these activities. The AMA is urging all motorcyclists to notify their Representatives and tell them to cosponsor and support H.R. 1076. For more information, visit www.ama-cycle.org, or call the AMA at (800) AMA-JOIN.
